k, so every summer i start getting random nosebleeds (and yes..frequent as well) from absolutely nothing. like, for instance, this morning i was laying down reading and then i sat up and felt like my nose was running, so i put my hand under and blood was dripping really fast...after about 10 minutes or so it completely stopped but its getting really annoying.
this type of situation happens to me a lot, and i cant find any real reason as to why.. like, it started around when i was 14 or so and im now 17..so im not sure if its just a teenage thing?...
soo, if you guys could help out and give me some ideas about my lovely nose here..id appreciate it so much! thanks!

Respiratory infections.
Trauma.
Allergies and hay fever.
High blood pressure.
Constipation causing straining.
Medications such as the 'blood thinners' (e.g. warfarin).
Excessive alcohol intake.
Some types of tumours.
