Regulating my sleep?

I want to just sleep at 12 am like I used to, but I messed up my sleeping pattern, so now I stay up all night until like 5 am.What are some ways to help me fix my sleeping pattern?
Don't suggest any sleeping medicines.
They don't exactly work on me, nor will my parents buy that for me.
I'm fourteen.

Usually if that happens to me I stay up for 24 hours, its hell but you'll fall asleep right away. you can always try reading before bed, and avoid napping so you don't have this problem again
try reading a book while you're in bed. that makes me sleepy. Or if i can't go to sleep, i lay down on my couch and watch tv, and that makes me sleepy. Turn your radio on low, that might help. Call one of your boring friends, that will make you sleepy.
